  • Are my sessions confidential?
    Your sessions are confidential and do not appear on medical records. The only reason for sharing information would be if notes were subpoened legally or if I was concerned for your safety or the safety of others.
  • What is Brainspotting?
    Brainspotting assists you to heal emotions or traumatic experiences. The approach involves identifying "brainspots" through eye positions, which are linked to specific memories or emotions. The therapist uses mindfulness techniques to help the client access and process these emotions.
  • Can I see you face to face?
    I see clients face to face in Erina on the Central Coast of NSW. I also offer Zoom video sessions and Telehealth via phone.
  • What is psychotherapy?
    Psychotherapy aims to support individuals in navigating and addressing their mental health challenges through conversations and therapeutic techniques like Brainspotting. As a psychotherapist my goal is to enhance your mental well-being by helping you recognise and work through difficult emotions, thoughts, and behaviours in a supportive and safe relationship.
  • What is the cost for a one hour session?
    The cost for a one hour session is $165 which includes GST. Payment can be made via direct deposit, Paypal or credit card. Tax invoice available on request.
  • Is there any financial help?
    I see clients who are registered with Victim's Services NSW, WorkCover NSW and NDIS. I have a Medibank Private Provider Number for clients with MBP health insurance.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
